Dr. Troy Roland is a real estate investor, educator, and organizational transformation expert who has spent more than three decades turning properties and institutions into high-performing assets.
With a doctorate in Organization Change from Pepperdine University, he uses research-driven change-management strategies to revitalize real estate portfolios and guide academic organizations through successful transitions.
As a licensed mortgage broker (BRE: 01985792) and approved NMLS lender (1465720), Dr. Roland specializes in building profitable residential investments—often through ADU development, strategic financing, and value-add renovations.
His firm, Roland Financials, consistently delivers returns that outperform market expectations.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and over 20 years of diverse professional experience, Virginia brings a solid foundation in leadership, operations, and strategic planning. Her career spans multiple industries, including construction and wireless technology, allowing her to develop a versatile skill set and a deep understanding of how to drive efficiency, foster collaboration, and deliver measurable results. Known for her adaptability and hands-on approach, she thrives in dynamic environments that require both strategic insight and practical execution.
