Fortunately, the market matured and we recovered from the investment. Nevertheless, the experience provided valuable insight that the mortgage industry needs brokers with the necessary licensure and education and experience in real estate market trends to advise its clients properly.

About Our Founder
Dr. Troy Roland is a real estate investor with over 30 years of experience. As the founder of Roland Realty/Financial Services, Dr. Roland, who is a licensed mortgage broker in California, has acquired residential properties with a focus on expansion with additional locations or accessory dwelling units (ADUs) to maximize the profitability of the land. As an expert in revamping and rehab properties, Roland Realty and Financial Services’ return on investment for real estate projects far exceeds industry standards.
Dr. Roland holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in E-Business, and a Doctor of Education in Organization Change from Pepperdine University. He has written books on real estate and human development. Dr. Roland is a licensed mortgage broker in the State of California (BRE: 01985792) and an approved lender through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) (Lic: Number: 1465720)
